How long does my order take to ship?

Each quilt is handmade with care. If the item is in stock, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship. For made-to-order or custom quilts, production time will be listed on the product page (typically 4–6 weeks). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your quilt is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in a Fog & Thread quilt, please contact us — we’re happy to explore options.

What is your return policy? 

Each quilt is crafted by hand and made to be lived with and loved. Because of the time and care that goes into each piece, all sales are final. If your quilt arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
